1. To cooperate with other employees within the framework of the work tasks by working in a team and observing the basic principles of professional and general ethics and work order regulations.
2. To understand construction work technologies, distinguish the functional role and use of construction products.
3. To apply the designations and terminology used in the drawings.
4. To read building plans, facade, section and building construction node drawings.
5. To understand building structure interaction.
6. To connect different building structures
7. To assess quality of construction products, building materials and their conformity with the parameters required in the building design.
8. To determine and prepare the amount of the construction materials needed for the work performance.
9. To manage the deposition methods of construction products.
10. To set and enclose the own work space.
11. To set up ergonomically convenient and safe work place.
12. To set up and dismantle scaffolding in a safe way.
13. To use appropriate equipment and tools.  
14. To se the technological equipment and tools suiotable for particular types of construction works.
15. To safely move building structures and building materials necessary for the work performance.
16. To use geodetic and other measuring devices and tools.
17. To understand justification of the quality requirements of the works to be performed. 
18. To survey the performed assembly works of the building structures. 
19. To inspect, assess visually and mechanically (with tools and special measuring instruments), building structures, construction products and construction materials. 
20. To manage and use the technological solutions foreseen in the building design.
21. To orient in the work organization calendar schedule, understand it and organize the own working schedule, observe the calendar schedule. 
22. To list the amount of the performed works.
23. To assess the consequences of th discrepancies made and ensure their prevention.
24. To organize and perform the own work individually, analyse the work progress and to be responsible for the own work results.
25. To recognise dangerous works and operations at the construction site.
26. To observe the standards of the legal employment relationship.
27. To observe the requirements of the labour protection laws and regulations, use safe working methods, use individual and collective labour protection means and provide the first aid.
28. To observe the requirements of the environmental protection laws and regulations.
29. To act in emergency situations.
30. To identify hazardous waste, gather and sort construction waste.
