Skills:

1. Understand technical options of hardware and assess its correspondence to users’ requirements.
2. Assess hardware operational readiness and exploitation according to work safety requirements.
3. Configure, move and remove hardware at local and public computer network, set and remove public computer network components.
4. Perform maintenance of hardware and operation maintenance, assess necessity for hardware improvement.
5. Gain and assess information for the hardware improvement performance, determine defects and users’ errors in the work with the hardware.
6. Use appropriate technical documentation in the work process, tools, measuring instruments and materials.
7. Set the quality parameters for simple local computer networks and assess the necessity for improvements.
8. Create a simple cabling system for simple local computer networks, install connection points and cables.
9. Set, configure, and remove simple local computer network equipment.
10. Find and prevent mistakes in local computer network configuration equipment and infrastructure.
11. Assess, set and configure application software requirements correspondence to simple local computer network speed, hardware parameters and user needs.
12. Assess computer operating system correspondence to hardware parameters and user needs, set, change and configure computer operating system according to technical parameters and user needs.
13. Automate the operating system installation and configuration processes and perform application software, operating system, updating, drive, firmware updating.
14. Diagnose and prevent the errors in the operating system and application software operation.
15. Find and understand operating system and application software generated log files.
16. Ensure operating system and application software protection against malicious software and provide physical protection for computer system and simple local computer network.
17. Assess, identify, plan and perform data protection measures, plan required space for backup copies for data storages or data carriers.
18. Determine and implement data storage and exchange order, create data backup plan, restore data from backup copies.
19. Configure data synchronisation among equipment and perform safe data clearing with application software means or special equipment.
20. Create hardware parameters and application software audit structure, obtain, compile and present the necessary audit data.
21. Read and understand drawings and technological documentation necessary for work.
22. Prepare and present proposals for implementation and improvement for hardware and local computer network.
23. Independently perform hardware and application software inventory with the appropriate application software means.
24. Plan work tasks, their sequence and deadline.
25. Communicate and cooperate with colleagues and users, listen to recommendations and guidelines.
26. Create technical specifications for the procurement and use it in the work process.
27. Use of office equipment, prepare and draw up documents in accordance according to work tasks.
28. Act in accordance with the instructions on the use of work equipment.
29. Assess the development of performed work and its correspondence to the set task, be responsible for own work result.
30. Obtain, assess, select and use information.
31. Observe the requirements of the laws and regulations, standards and other binding documentation  in the information and communication technology field.
