1.1 The candidate has solid understanding of business administration and command of theory and methodology in general in the chosen field (finance; management; organization; etc).
1.2 The candidate has thorough knowledge in his field of research specialization and its position in the wider body of economic and business administration knowledge.
1.3 The candidate has a clear grasp about how theories in his field in general and his research in particular can be applied to solve real world problems.
2 Theoretical skills
2.1 The candidate has mastered basic business administration theories and a full mastery of the theoretical apparatus in his field of specialization.
2.2 The candidate has the ability to generate new theoretical knowledge in his field of specialization.
2.3 The candidate has the ability to criticise and spot the weaknesses of theoretical results in his field of business administration.
2.4 The candidate has the ability to solve demanding theoretical problems in his specialised field.
3 Practical skills
1.1 The candidate has the ability to apply theory and methodology to solve complicated problems.
