Future masters of art/restorers study preservation and restoration of interior elements, restoration and attribution of easel painting, restoration of wall painting, painting and copying of works of art, methods of restoration of sculpture, sculpturing and copying sculptures, chemical and physical research of works of art, methods and historical technologies of restoration of works of art, drawing, etc. Practical training is focused on the restoration of works of art. The duration of practical training is four weeks. During training, the acquired skills of performing investigative work, basic procedures of preserving and restoring, documenting of work processes, etc., are developed. The training programme for art and interior restoration studies is intended for persons who have obtained the qualification of bachelor of art (monumental art [frescos-mosaics], sculpture, painting) or architecture and wish to become masters of art/restorers. ...
