The Commission has adopted definitive anti-dumping measures on imports of aluminium flat-rolled products originating from China for a period of 5 years to counter unfair trading practices. The level of the anti-dumping duties ranges from 14,3% to 24,6%. An investigation found that Chinese imports, sold at dumped prices, have caused injury to the Union industry. CSD meeting on the upcoming 12th WTO Ministerial Conference
|
The 12th WTO Ministerial Conference will take place in Geneva from 30 November to 3 December 2021. The WTO is the centrepiece of the multilateral rules-based trading system but today the Organization faces deep challenges.

The Commission will also present the state of play of the negotiations on the various plurilateral initiatives within the WTO including on Services Domestic Regulation, E-commerce, and Investment Facilitation, as well as results in Trade & Environment.
The purpose of this meeting is to exchange views on the progress of the negotiations in the run up to the Ministerial Conference and on the possible outcomes. Please register until 5 November.
