EU weekly deaths statistics from March to June 2020 show almost 170 000 additional deaths in the EU
|
Among the 26 EU Member States for which data are available, there were 168 000 more deaths from March to June 2020 than the average number of deaths during the same period during the years 2016 to 2019. These data include deaths from all causes, but can be useful for assessing the impact of the pandemic.
