In Vratsa, from 15 July until 15 August 2022, these emblematic initiatives are promoted:
- Environmentally friendly urban transport: 22 new electric buses and trolleybuses
- Development and implementation of energy efficiency measures in multifamily residential buildings and schools
Vratsa – a gateway to a green futureVratsa is not only a gateway to the beautiful Vratsa Balkan, but also very similar to the majestic mountain. Like the Balkans, the city has always been modern, but now it is greener, healthier and cleaner. The renewed urban transport with zero emissions, the renovated schools, kindergartens and buildings in which we live contribute to this. In this way, every child in Vratsa learns how important the preservation of the nature is for a healthier and greener future. This is what our beloved city looks like today, thanks to the Municipality of Vratsa and the European Union.
