New thematic seminar on State aid for Environmental Protection

Better regulation stocktaking - launch of the public consultation
|
|
The Commission has recently launched a stocktaking exercise on its Better Regulation policy as announced in its Communication on completing the Better regulation Agenda – Better Solutions for Better Results in October 2017 (http://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/initiatives/ares-2018-2332204). The aim of this stocktaking exercise is to assess how well the various Better Regulation which the Commission uses to cover the regulatory cycle, are implemented and work in practice, with a focus on changes introduced since 2015. This will allow us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the system, lessons learnt and areas for improvement.
