135 new projects to begin their research
The projects are receiving €897 million in funding to contribute to the sustainable transformation of the EU economy in the areas of food, bioeconomy, natural resources, agriculture and environment. The projects will help reduce environmental degradation, halt and reverse the decline of biodiversity and better manage natural resources while ensuring food and water security.

Do you need funding to restore and protect soil health in your city or region?
There is still time to apply for the call launched by the EU-funded project HuMUS. Funded under the EU Mission ‘A Soil Deal for Europe’, HuMUS makes available €600,000 in funding to support 20 local and regional soil health initiatives. The deadline to submit a proposal is 29 February.

The EU has invested over €900 million in Cluster 6 projects advancing transformative change towards circular and bio-economies. A more robust bioeconomy could help the EU accelerate its progress towards a low-carbon economy. ️The Festival will focus on the youth and its leading role in the transformation process. The event will be hybrid and registration is already open.
