Heures d'ouverture estivales des lignes téléphoniques du PMO

Pendant la période des vacances d'été, notre ligne téléphonique Pensions +32 2 297 88 00 restera disponible pour vous comme suit :

  • Du 1 au 30 juillet 2022 inclus - lundi et mercredi de 9h30 à 12h30.
  • Du 1 au 31 août 2022 inclus - mercredi de 9h30 à 12h30.

Pour la déclaration d’un décès, le numéro +32 2 295 20 17 reste disponible du lundi au vendredi de 9h30 à 17h00.

Veuillez également noter les horaires d’été des services téléphoniques de l'assurance maladie RCAM :

Du 1 juillet au 31 août 2022 inclus, les lignes téléphoniques suivantes seront accessibles de 10h00 à 12h00.

Summer opening hours of PMO phone lines

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

During the summer holiday period, our Pensions phone line +32 2 297 88 00 will remain available for you as follows:

  • From 1 to 30 July 2022 included - Monday and Wednesday from 9.30 to 12.30.
  • From 1 to 31 August 2022 included - Wednesday from 9.30 to 12.30.

The telephone line for declaring death + 32 2 295 20 17 remains available from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 17.00.

Please also note the summer opening hours of the JSIS sickness insurance phone services:

From 1 July to 31 August 2022 included, the following phone lines will be available from 10.00 to 12.00.
