Luis Manso
|
Luis works as an economist at the Fiscal Policy Analysis team of JRC-Seville and contributes to the development and maintenance of EUROMOD. Before joining the JRC in 2023, he worked as a research coordinator leading the Social Protection unit at CoLABOR. There, he led a number of projects with stakeholders from various sectors of economic activity. Further, he was a primary developer and co-author of the Portuguese dynamic microsimulation model – DYNAPOR. Luis holds a PhD in Development from the Lisbon School of Economics and Management of the University of Lisbon. His primary research interests lie in the field of microsimulation modelling for policy analysis.
