Our CoP-Cities colleagues would like to invite you to the ‘SAT4SUD. Self-Assessment Tool for Sustainable Urban Development strategies’ launch event, which will take place online the 25 November from 10.00 to 12.00. It is promoted by the by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) in collaboration with DG REGIO and is a continuation of the Urban Development Network webinars “Six building blocks to Sustainable Urban Development” that were organised in November 2020.
The event presents the Self-Assessment Tool for Sustainable Urban Development strategies (SAT4SUD). This is an online tool that can be used to analyse the methodological components of urban strategies, recognising strengths and identifying opportunities for improvement.
The webinar gathers experts and policy makers who will give their first impressions on the possible uses of the SAT4SUD. They will also highlight its added value as a learning practice to critically reflect on the policy cycle of urban strategies (design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation).
