Joinup - EU Login migration

European Commission Logo

Dear Joinup user,

The Joinup platform will be using the European Commission's user authentication service, EU Login, as the sole method of authentication from 2 March 2020 and onwards.

To avoid any possible disruption of usage, we strongly recommend you to pair your Joinup account with an existing or new EU Login account before the aforementioned deadline. The legacy account sign-in option will be deactivated after the abovementioned date.

To initiate this pairing, choose the sign-in option “Sign-in with EU Login (recommended)” next time you visit the Joinup platform. This will redirect you to a Joinup form in which you can pair your Joinup account with an existing or new EU Login account.

For additional information regarding this switch to the EU Login authentication service, please read this Joinup News article.

If you have any technical issues during the abovementioned process then please contact the Joinup Support Team via this online form.

Kind regards,

The Joinup Support Team
