Dear reader,
Welcome to our June Newsletter!
The Commission's Open Source Observatory (OSOR) celebrates its 15th year of existence! A new article describes the journey that the OSOR-Community has made until now, while also containing glimpses of OSOR's future plans. With the same uplifting spirit and a new look in line with Interoperable Europe, OSOR is more than ever dedicated to level up the use of open source software and solutions by public administrations, contributing to better public sector interoperability in Europe.
Other important news comes from the National Interoperability Framework Observatory (NIFO). Tomorrow, through an online webinar, NIFO will give its annual overview on the state of play of the implementation of the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) and the Berlin Declaration (BDM) by European countries. Next to the announcement of the main results and trends, several lightning talks on good practices will be given by Spain, Sweden, Belgium and Greece, together with sessions in which participants can give their feedback. Registration for the webinar is still possible.
Further on, despite the fact that the summer holidays are approaching soon, there are still many other engaging events and features for you to discover. Also don't forget to keep following us via social media and our website as big news is around the corner in July!
A happy summer reading from the Interoperable Europe Team!
