Access removal from the legacy ASDA filesystem

The access removal from the legacy ASDA filesystem (automatic Santized Database Archives) is planned for this 11 April:

ASDA using NextCloud in the cloud is available at: https://files.fpfis.tech.ec.europa.eu/

It is compatible with Drone since 24 May 2022
It is compatible with Toolkit since 25 April 2022
It is compatible with Gitlab CI
