Dear reader,

After the launch of our European Commission proposal for an Interoperable Europe Act, all the relevant EU-institutions have begun to take up their role in the European legislative process.

Today, the European Committee of the Regions will hold its stakeholder consultation on our Interoperable Europe Act. Those who have registered for it will be able to give their opinion between 11 AM and 1 PM (CET). New significant developments concerning the Act will be communicated via our social media channels and our newsletter.

Worth revisiting in this regard is also the first virtual breakfast of 2023 of the Better Legislation for Smoother Implementation Community (BLSI). In this video, the implications and opportunities of the Interoperable Europe Act are discussed in detail.

In the meantime, we have not fallen short of events in which you can engage yourself, with the ENDORSE Conference of 2023 (organised by the Publications Office of the European Union) as the largest event of the month. Do not miss this excellent opportunity to learn more about multilingual reference data, interoperability, standardisation, semantic technologies and linked data. Register before 13/03!

Enjoy reading!
