As part of the EU Strategy on Standardisation, the EU Standardisation Booster (HSbooster.eu https://www.hsbooster.eu/]) will provide expert support to EU projects (either ongoing or closed) to help them increase impact and exploitation of project results by contributing to the creation or revision of standards.
Contributing to standards is often an objective of EU projects. However, actually navigating the path to engage with standardisation working groups and technical committees can be complex and costly. HSbooster.eu will deploy standardisation experts to deliver consultancy services which will guide and support EU projects in taking the right strategic approach to standardisation. Whether you would like to understand how and when to contribute, improve your expertise and skills, start engaging with SDOs or actually create or revise a standard, HSbooster.eu aims to provide the right support to you.
Open Calls for EU Projects:
From the 21st of June 2022, you can submit your application to the first Open Call for R&I projects (in a series of 5 Open Calls that will run until 2024). All services are funded by the European Commission, therefore at no cost for the project applying. The project can rely on a wide spectrum of Standardisation Experts categorised under multiple domains, in order for each project to be coupled and assisted by the right professional and to receive the necessary support to break into the Standards arena.
The first Open call will run until the 30th of September. Selected projects will receive tailored services following a “first-come-first-served” logic. Note that the delivery of the services will start as of September 2022
