Dear user of the Portal,
Last week you received a Newsletter asking for your availability to join us for an exploratory exercise to improve the Portal services. You were asked to complete a “When could you be available?” EU Survey found at the concluding part of the message. The number of respondents has been quite high, and we are very pleased with the participation so far! However, due to a bug the contact details of those who replied positively were not retrieved and we cannot contact them for next steps.
As previously mentioned, your feedback is central to this exercise and will help us in our efforts to continuously improve.
If you replied last week, we kindly ask you to register again your responses and your contact details. If you have not replied to the EU Survey yet, this is also a kind reminder for you: It is the last week to volunteer for the exercise. The Survey will not take in responses after Monday 6 June.
