Welcome to the September newsletter of ISA² programme!

A new version of the Online Collection Software (OCS 5.0) has been published on Joinup. The application is available for free and makes it easier for organisers of European Citizens’ Initiatives to comply with legal requirements.

The European Legislation Identifier Taskforce has recently released two important interoperability models: a new version of the ELI ontology and the first stable version of the ELI for Draft Legislation ontology.

A new version of Akoma Ntoso for EU, the technical markup standard for representing legislative, judicial and executive documents, has been published.
