Welcome to the September newsletter of ISA² programme!

A new version of the Online Collection Software (OCS 5.0) has been published on Joinup. The application is available for free and makes it easier for organisers of European Citizens’ Initiatives to comply with legal requirements.

The European Legislation Identifier Taskforce has recently released two important interoperability models: a new version of the ELI ontology and the first stable version of the ELI for Draft Legislation ontology.

A new version of Akoma Ntoso for EU, the technical markup standard for representing legislative, judicial and executive documents, has been published.

Online Collection Software 5.0 has been published on Joinup

On 13 August 2020, the new version of the Online Collection Software has been published on Joinup. It is an Open Source web application available for free.

Akoma Ntoso for EU (AKN4EU) version 3.0 has been published

AKN4EU is tailored to the specific needs of the EU institutions, but Member States can adopt and/or re-use it for transposing and notifying EU legislation at a national level.

ELI and ELI-DL for greater interoperability of legislation

In the context of our European Legislation Identifier action, the ELI Taskforce has recently released two important interoperability models: a new version of the ELI ontology and the first stable version of the ELI for Draft Legislation ontology.

ELISE Action: New version of the EULF Blueprint and Action survey

The ELISE action presents a new version of the EULF Bueprint and invites you to complete an ELISE Action survey on Evolution of the access to spatial data for environmental purposes by 16 October.

Single Digital Gateway: the implementing act on user statistics and feedback was adopted

In order to ensure a high quality of the services offered by the Single Digital Gateway, user statistics and feedback will be collected and help identify possible areas for improvement.

EU Agencies joined the GovSEC user community

On 1 September EU Agencies joined the GovSEC user community. 55 new users from 34 agencies as well as from CERT-EU gathered online to get the tutorial on GovSEC.

SIMAPS – seamless semantic interoperability of your digital public services

In the context of our IMAPS action, SIMAPS is a user-friendly online questionnaire, designed as a self-assessment tool to assist public service owners in the semantic interoperability aspects of their digital public service.

TESTA speeds up and simplifies in a secure way the exchange of social data between EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
