Dear Research Framework Programme Participant,
You are receiving this mail because one or more of your projects have been included in the pilot phase for launching the Horizon Results Platform on 24 September 2019 during the ‘European R&I Days’. Your live result profiles will be accessible to some expected 4,500 visitors throughout the event!
After being able to create and save your project results, you will now be able to ‘Submit’ your result profiles. Please make sure you read and accept the supplementary Terms and Conditions associated with the Horizon Results Platform when submitting your results for publication. The European Commission reserves the right to refuse publication of results, which do not fully adhere to the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions.
When you click on “Submit”, your result will no longer be editable until after the conclusion of the ‘European R&I Days’. Moreover once you have Submitted your project results, a notification will be sent to all your project partners, the Commission Project Officer (if applicable), as well as the Horizon Results Platform Moderators and there will be a brief validation prior to making your result public.
In order for us to ensure a high quality service to you, we request that you submit your result profiles by the midnight of 16 September, Central European Time (GMT+2). In order to avoid technical issues we would encourage you to submit your results in advance. We cannot guarantee that results submitted later than this date will feature during the EU R&I days.
