The 2nd edition of the Sharing & Reuse Conference starts at 9:15 a.m. EEST (UTC+03:00). The event will offer high-level speeches, presentations and discussions on the use of open source in public administrations.

After the opening message by the European Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society Mariya Gabriel, participants will have the opportunity to listen to the speeches by the representative of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU Cristian Cucu and Deputy Director-General of European Commission’s DG Informatics Mário Campolargo. Stela Mocan, Lead of Technology & Innovation Lab at the World Bank, will give the keynote speech.
