As of 24 September 2018, a week dedicated to eGovernment is being organised under the umbrella of the Austrian presidency of the Council of the European Union. The ISA² Programme will participate in two events in Vienna, Austria: the High Level Conference on Digital & e-Government and the Once-Only Principle for Europe Conference.

A new version of LEOS, the open source software for legislation drafting, is available. This second major release is a result of the feedback on the LEOS Pilot 1.0.0, currently used for multiple hands-on workshops, a pilot across the European Commission services and by other parties.

The new European Interoperability Framework (EIF) is a key instrument for establishing interoperable digital public services at all levels of public administration. However, implementing the EIF's principles can be a very complex issue, especially on the local government level. In Hungary’s experience this can be most easily tackled by the establishment of a central solution.

The European Week of Regions and Cities is an annual four-day event organised in Brussels, Belgium. ISA² will hold a session on 10 October and our stand will be part of the expo area.
