In our newsletter of July 2022, we announced that the Official Journal of the European Union will be switching to act-by-act publication.
However, the transition will not happen on 1 January 2023, as initially announced.
Consequently and until further notice, the Publications Office of the European Union will continue publishing the Official Journal in the form of daily issues beyond 1 January 2023.
We will communicate the new date of the transition to the Official Journal act by act well ahead of its implementation both via this newsletter and on the EUR-Lex website.
