In Focus: Eurojust Consultative Forum
From 2-3 October, Eurojust hosted the 19th annual Consultative Forum of Prosecutors General of the EU Member States. The Forum included discussions on our continued efforts to combat organised crime, in particular the “Crime as a Service” method. The state of play on the ongoing judicial efforts related to the war in Ukraine, in particular challenges regarding the violations and circumventions of EU sanctions towards Russia, was also high on the agenda.
On the margins of this event, a dedicated meeting of the International Centre for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine (ICPA) was held on the preparations of a Special Tribunal.
