We are pleased to announce the publication of the September edition of the EU GPP News Alert.
This edition opens with details about one of the next big events coming up this year on sustainable public procurement. The event combines several initiatives in one and is taking place in Rome (Italy) on 13-14 October. 

Three good practice experiences on green public procurement (GPP) in action are also featured in this issue. The first one is about the recent innovative lighting procurement done for London’s Underground network, carried out by Transport for London. The second example details a procurement done of innovative energy efficiency solutions for buildings in the Rural District of Enzkreis, in Germany. And the last one details the approach to SPP taken by the Municipality of Copenhagen, in Denmark.

Furthermore, read what some of the latest guidance on GPP for training and capacity building purposes is about, new projects on GPP, and what the latest programme updates are for the next European Forum on Eco-Innovation (coming up in October).
