SRI platform: Application for participation in stakeholders group

The SRI platform serves to promote and support the testing and implementation of the SRI. It acts as an exchange forum involving all stakeholders interested in the SRI, and a forward-looking discussion hub for technical, regulatory and implementation aspects of the SRI.

The SRI platform has been operational since 2021, structured with several working groups. This year, the platform's structure is being reoriented, and working groups redefined as follows:

  • Working Group 1: Member State SRI test phase (participation open to Member States' representatives only).
  • Working Group 2: LIFE projects cluster (closed working group, by invitation of LIFE projects' representatives by the European Commission services).
  • Working Group 3: Building sector, research, and industry stakeholders (open to stakeholders not already represented in the first two groups).

The scope of the new Working Group 3 is to structure the stakeholders’ viewpoints on the SRI, including on its methodology (legal and technical framework) and its value proposition, in order to enable them to provide advice to policy makers. WG3 members will be invited to participate in thematic task forces to work jointly with the other 2 working groups on specific topics.

If you are interested in applying to Working Group 3, please complete the following EUSurvey form by the 15th of March, 2024.

Visit our SRI stand at MIPIM

The SRI support team, in collaboration with the cluster of LIFE SMARTREADY projects (SRI2MARKET, Smart Square, SRI-ENACT, and EasySRI), will host a joint stand at the upcoming edition of MIPIM to introduce SRI to the real estate industry.

Every year, MIPIM brings together the world’s property, investment, and political leaders to uncover solutions to the major challenges our cities face while driving forward the real estate industry. MIPIM 2024 builds upon the 2023 edition, which attracted over 22,500 delegates from 90 countries and more than 300 exhibitors.
