The European Innovation Council (EIC) has announced that 51 companies active in disruptive technologies (deep tech) have been selected to receive financial support from the EIC as part of the second selection of the EIC Accelerator for 2023 in March. 551 complete proposals were received and 139 companies were interviewed by panels of experts and professionals. The 51 companies selected, from 17 countries, will share a total of €260 million in funding, combining grants and equity.
