EBA signs MoU with AMLA on cooperation and information exchange in the fight against financial crime

The multilateral MoU outlines how the ESAs and AMLA will exchange information and how they will cooperate in practice going forward.  Close cooperation will be essential to ensure that the EU regulatory framework is will be consistent, and that ML/TF risk will be tackled effectively from all sides, and across all areas of financial services supervision.
