MSCA Satellite Event – EuroScience Open Forum 2022: Register now

The ESOF 2022 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Satellite Event will take place on 12 and 13 July in Leiden. MSCA fellows, supervisors, coordinators, alumni and policy makers will gather to discuss and contribute to priority topics for the research ecosystem and to interact and network. MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2022 call

MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships support researchers’ careers and foster excellence in research. The action targets researchers holding a PhD who wish to carry out their research activities abroad, acquire new skills and develop their careers. Funded researchers gain experience in other countries, disciplines and non-academic sectors. The current call has a budget of €257 million and will close on 14 September 2022.

MSCA Doctoral Networks 2022 call

MSCA Doctoral Networks provide support partnerships of organisations from different socio-economic sectors across Europe to implement doctoral programmes. The aim is to train highly skilled doctoral candidates, stimulate their creativity, enhance their innovation capacities and boost their employability in the long-term. The current call has a budget of €427 million and will close on 15 November 2022.

MSCA COFUND: €89 million for doctoral and postdoctoral programmes

13 doctoral training programmes and 13 post-doctoral fellowship programmes of outstanding quality will receive co-funding worth EUR 89 million under the 2021 COFUND call. Programmes will foster high-quality training, supervision and career development of more than 700 excellent scientists carrying out their research in a wide range of disciplines, from drug discovery or medical devices to quantum technologies, nanotechnology or plant science.

MSCA Staff Exchanges: €72 million to support researchers and innovators

71 projects have been selected under the 2021 Staff Exchanges call. With a total budget of €72 million, they will enable researchers to go abroad and enlarge their networks, share knowledge and carry out cutting-edge research. The funded individuals will include doctoral candidates, post-doctoral fellows, as well as technicians, managerial and administrative staff involved in research and innovation activities.

MSCAdvocacy: supporting international cooperation through MSCA

The new MSCAdvocacy project supports involvement in research and innovation policy dialogues and provides expertise on MSCA cooperation mechanisms and promotion, networking with key stakeholders as well as extensive experience in the workings, potential and challenges of MSCA promotion in third countries with a state-of- the-art service and support framework. The project's website will be online from beginning of August.

A snapshot of MSCA Joint Doctoral Programmes in the EAIE Summer Forum
