Zulu 06 en route pour la France!

The world's first hydrogen cargo vessel has left the shipyard and is bound for France. The journey from the shipyard in Romania to France is well underway. Via the Danube River, Zulu reached Budapest earlier this week.

The director of the National Hydrogen Centre (CNH2), Emilio Nieto, explained that “València is the pioneering and emblematic port in Europe in the development of hydrogen technologies. The H2PORTS project is the first initiative financed by the European Commission for the development of this clean energy and its deployment in ports.

HyPSTER project prepares the construction phase

Currently under development on the French site of Etrez (located between Geneva and Lyon), HyPSTER is the first green hydrogen storage demonstrator in a salt cavern, supported by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership – the successor of the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU).

Pillars of Progress: Faster, cheaper, high-quality fuel cell production

The Clean Hydrogen Partnership (formerly Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking[1]) has invested EUR 31 million in several, complementary manufacturing projects to help produce fuel cells in greater quantities, to strict quality standards, and at lower cost.
