A new version of the Europa Web Publishing Platform, release 26, will be released next month. Please find below some useful information about the release, as you may have to take some actions in advance:
- Automatic removal of contact forms submissions from EWPP after 6 months: to comply with the GDPR and respect citizen's privacy, submissions over 6 months old will be gradually removed starting from the day of the release. Please ensure that impacted submissions have been properly followed up or managed in another system (e.g. functional mailbox) before they are automatically removed.
- Known issue in the new Europa Dashboard: the result count is incorrect when filtering by multiple subjects. This issue will be resolved in release 26.
Other relevant information:
- Cleaning of the UAT EC website: content created in UAT EC website before 2024 will be removed no later than this summer.
