New Default Feedback Form v2 (UPDATE)

Webtools now offers an updated form to help you gather better feedback from your visitors. See our first communication: New Default Feedback Form v2 (DFF v2).

This second communication is to inform you of the following:

You will not be able to create new DFF v1 forms as of Monday 25 March.
We encourage you to switch as soon as possible as Webtools will stop maintaining the old DFF v1 by Monday 30 September 2024.
The Default Feedback Form v2 documentation now includes new information on analysing submissions.
