We would like to welcome you to DG COMM B.3’s new web community group on Teams.
This group is a place to share web content across services and websites – particularly content related to the Commission’s political priorities – in an effort to improve efficiency and to ‘speak with one voice’ by inter-linking and using the same terminology, visuals, and messaging.
Because COMM B.3 works closely with the SPP to publish online content related to the Commission agenda, we will use this group to regularly inform you about the latest webpages, news and visuals that we publish on the EC core website and on other websites managed by our unit (such as the EU inter-institutional website and the EU Solidarity with Ukraine website).
In the group’s files folder, we store things like visuals, banners, and overviews of our key political updates for you to find and use.
This way you can easily link to our content or use one of our pre-approved visuals on your website.
You can also use this space to notify the group about your important web publications. Through this interactivity we aim to be more aligned and kept aware of each other’s key editorial updates on the web.
Moving forward, we will work to improve the group so that it suits everyone’s needs. Therefore we will send out a short survey in the coming weeks to find out what you think of the group and how it can be improved.
Finally, if you think that one of your colleagues should also be a part of the Web Community group (such as a webmaster for your DG’s website), then please don’t hesitate to send us their name and we’ll add them.
