Action required - DG COMM satisfaction survey (Nov 2018)
In November, DG COMM will conduct a satisfaction survey that will appear on all Commission-managed websites ( europa.eu and ec.europa.eu, including executive agencies), in all languages ( see August newsletter).
The planned launch date for this survey is 19 November, and it will be online for approximately 3 weeks.
The survey will be accessed via a pop-up, to be launched centrally on all ec.europa.eu and europa.eu
websites which enable users to complete one of the 77 ranked European Commission tasks ( list on IPG).
Action required:
Based on the type of sites in scope for the 2014 satisfaction survey, we have drawn up a draft list of URLs
for the survey. We kindly ask you to review the list as follows:
- If sites are missing: add a new line with the URL and mark “new” in column D “selection for satisfaction survey”
- If a site should be out of scope: mark “no” in column D and include a note to explain why
- Return the updated list to europamanagement@ec.europa.eu.
Once we have received your responses, we will finalise the list and send you a detailed explanation of the
next step, which will require the insertion of a code snippet into all selected websites before 19 November.
