Things are moving at full speed in terms of realising this Technical System with the second Once-Only Projectathon taking place 14-16 June in Brussels.

The Once-Only Technical System project is a great example of innovation at the European level, with EU Member States working together to allow EU citizens and businesses take full advantage of the Single Market. Vote for project 37 “Reducing red tape in cross-border administrative procedures” by 14 June 2023.

This insightful report summarises key results from the testing that cook place from 19-21 April 2023. It also provides a useful overview of lessons learned and serves as inspiration for other projects aiming to utilise the concepts and methodologies used in the preparation and execution of this hands-on event.

This event is the second marathon of peer-to-peer interoperability and compliance tests, taking place ahead of the summer.

On 15-16 June, the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the EU and the Commission will host the Digital Assembly on the theme of a digital, open and secure Europe. The Commission will provide information on the Single Digital Gateway, including the Once-Only Technical System in the exhibition area.

This online event will update on the work that EU Member States have been doing in the OOTS UX Lab. It will also highlight key results & lessons learned from the June OOTS Projectathon and look at the road to the October edition.
