Des outils pour les GAL – à vous de jouer !
|
Le Point de contact du REDR est heureux de vous annoncer que les Groupes d’action locale (GAL) ont désormais accès à la base de données des GAL et à son outil de recherche de partenaires CLLD. Ils peuvent l’utiliser pour gérer leurs propres données.
Le profil de chaque GAL est désormais en ligne et les directeurs de GAL peuvent à présent compléter et mettre à jour eux-mêmes les informations qui y figurent. Ils peuvent également rechercher ainsi que créer des offres de coopération future dans le domaine de la CLLD. Si vous êtes directeur d’un GAL, ouvrez le courriel d’invitation que vous avez reçu dans votre boîte électronique, suivez les instructions pour vous inscrire et commencez à coopérer avec des milliers de GAL aux quatre coins de l’Europe.
Aidez-nous à faire passer ce message ! Distribuez notre dépliant aux GAL que vous connaissez. Il est disponible en anglais, français, allemand, italien, espagnol et polonais.

La nouvelle brochure de projets du FEADER est en ligne
|
La nouvelle édition de la Brochure de projets du FEADER sur « Les économies rurales efficaces en ressources » est à présent disponible sur le site web du REDR. Vous y trouverez des exemples de projets menés au titre du programme de développement rural (PDR) axés sur le soutien à l’utilisation durable des ressources naturelles, en particulier l’eau et le sol.
Ce projet met en avant des pratiques inspirantes pour la création de valeur ajoutée sur les plans économique et environnemental avec moins de ressources et explique quel est ici le soutien du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (FEADER). Cette brochure a été réalisée dans le cadre du travail thématique du REDR sur l’« efficacité des ressources ».

Les réseaux ruraux se penchent sur des projets inspirants
|
Les participants à la 10e réunion des RRN (20-21 mars 2018 – Neuhardenberg, Brandebourg, Allemagne) ont analysé des exemples de projet inspirants axés sur trois thèmes d’avenir : la mobilité rurale, les chaînes d’approvisionnement intelligentes et les villages numériques.
L’événement a permis aux participants de visiter des projets de terrain menés autour de ces thèmes et d’examiner les priorités du Point de contact du REDR pour la période 2018-2019 ainsi que de nouveaux domaines de coopération des RRN sous forme de clusters régionaux et nationaux. Les représentants des RRN ont également participé à un jeu de simulation sur les effets sociaux, économiques et politiques de la planification du développement rural dans les régions.

Avancées du travail thématique du REDR
|
Les dernières réunions des Groupes thématiques (GT) « Villages intelligents » et « Gestion durable de l’eau et des sols » ont eu lieu respectivement les 21 février et 22 mars 2018. Nous vous invitons à visiter la page web de ces deux réunions pour en savoir plus.
Ne manquez pas les prochains séminaires européens sur ces deux thèmes qui réuniront un large éventail d’acteurs à Bruxelles, en Belgique :

Stimuler les services ruraux grâce à l’innovation sociale
|
Explorez une série d’exemples de bonnes pratiques axées sur l’impact de l’innovation sociale sur la revitalisation des services – santé, éducation, énergie et mobilité – dans les zones rurales marginalisées. Ce thème est à la une dans la dernière brochure du projet SIMRA.
Ces bonnes pratiques sont issues de la base de données de bonnes pratiques du projet. Toutes contribuent au nouveau concept de « Villages intelligents », qui gagne du terrain partout en Europe.

À la recherche du village le plus intelligent de Finlande
|
Le réseau rural finlandais (Maaseutu.FI) a lancé un concours en vue d’identifier et de mettre à l’honneur des villages du pays qui œuvrent activement et intelligemment au développement de divers services, par exemple dans le domaine des soins de santé, de l’éducation, de l’énergie, de la mobilité et de la gastronomie locale.
Le concours sera ouvert jusqu’à la fin 2018. Les participants pourront bénéficier d’un accompagnement, d’idées, d’un soutien par des pairs, de possibilités de travail en réseau ainsi que d’une visibilité en Finlande et au-delà.

Le sous-groupe LEADER/CLLD examine comment améliorer la mise en œuvre
|
La 5e réunion du sous-groupe LEADER/CLLD de l’Assemblée des réseaux ruraux européens, organisée le 8 mars 2018 à Bruxelles, en Belgique, a formulé des recommandations et suggéré des actions prioritaires pour améliorer la mise en œuvre de LEADER/CLLD au cours de l’actuelle période de programmation.
Les résultats de l’enquête paneuropéenne élargie menée auprès des Groupes d’action locale (GAL) par le Point de contact du REDR, en décembre 2017, ont alimenté les discussions sur les priorités pour la mise en œuvre. Les membres du sous-groupe se sont concentrés sur les actions à poursuivre pour promouvoir LEADER/CLLD d’ici 2020 et ont insisté sur l’importance d’« écouter la voix de LEADER » en soulignant activement son rôle dans le développement des communautés locales.

Naviguez au sein des ressources en ligne du PEI-AGRI sur les projets de groupes opérationnels et découvrez notamment la base de données ainsi qu’ une carte interactive.
Les groupes opérationnels (GO) sont des projets innovants qui réunissent des chercheurs et des praticiens et leur permettent de rechercher ensemble des solutions pratiques aux défis auxquels doivent faire face les agriculteurs et les sylviculteurs européens. Veuillez consulter la nouvelle brochure du PEI-AGRI. Vous y découvrirez des exemples de collaborations réussies ainsi que des outils pour faciliter le travail en réseau entre GO.

Les énergies renouvelables au service du développement durable des zones rurales
|
L’UE doit consentir davantage d’efforts pour exploiter les synergies entre sa politique de promotion des énergies renouvelables et sa politique de développement rural. C’est ce qu’indique le dernier rapport de la Cour des comptes européenne.
Le rapport révèle que les États membres de l’UE n’utilisent pas suffisamment les fonds pour le développement rural au titre du FEADER pour donner la priorité aux projets axés sur les énergies renouvelables qui pourraient avoir un impact positif sur le développement des zones rurales mais aussi sur l’environnement. Le rapport se termine par une série de recommandations sur la façon de mieux faire le lien entre les politiques et outils liés à l’énergie durable et au développement rural.

Stimuler le financement des zones rurales
|
Découvrez la nouvelle initiative en faveur des PME financée au titre du Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (FEADER) dans une récente publication de la plateforme de conseils fi-compass.
Cette initiative entend promouvoir les investissements dans l’agriculture et la sylviculture ainsi que dans l’économie rurale en stimulant le financement des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) agricoles et agroalimentaires grâce aux programmes de développement rural (PDR). Il s’agit d’un instrument de financement conjoint de la Commission européenne, de la Banque européenne d’investissement et du Fonds d’investissement européen.
