Dear Community,

We first would like to wish you a Happy New Year!

May this year see many rural regions become stronger, more prosperous, connected and resilient!

We also wish for more data to be available – as is the case in this issue, with the brand-new “Data corner” section in cooperation with Eurostat, or the newly released “Rural Europe” publication.

You will also find more information about the recently published Communication “Harnessing regional talents” and what’s in there for rural areas, and about the RURITAGE project.

And last but not least, take a look at the “Events” section to save the dates of the events you are interested in.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Best wishes,

The rural vision team
