Free bus shuttle for #EURegionsWeek participants!

During the #EURegionsWeek, there will be free environmentally friendly shuttle buses between the main event venues. Participants can board either the STIB electric bus after the opening session or the hydrogen bus between the Square and the European Committee of the Regions.

#EURegionsWeek registration now closed. Check the side events programme!

Registration for the European Week of Regions and Cities 2019 closed on Friday 27 September. More than 9000 participants registered for one of the biggest events of the year in Brussels!

Your tailored programme of sessions

This week you will receive your personalised barcode needed to collect your conference badge and check your programme onsite via the e-kiosk – please print it and bring it with you together with your valid ID card. You will need both items to collect your badge, which will grant you access.

Discover what the visit.brussels stands have for you!

Make sure to stop by the visit.brussels stands at the Square Convention Centre (floor -1) and the European Committee of the Regions (ground floor). Both stands have a lot of useful information for you!

Visit.Brussels – is the communication agency for tourism in the Brussels Capital Region. The staff at the desks will be there to help you with any kind of information you might need on the city as well as assist you in hotel reservations and answer any logistical questions you might have.

The opening hours of the stand at Square are Monday (7 October) from 9:00 to 18:30; Tuesday (8 October) from 8:00 to 18:30; Wednesday (9 October) from 8:00 to 18:30; Thursday (10 October) from 8:00 to 17:30.

The opening hours of the stand at the European Committee of the Regions are Tuesday (8 October) from 9:00 to 18:00; Wednesday (9 October) from 9:00 to 18:00; Thursday (10 October) from 9:00 to 13:00.
