The city is quite easy to navigate on public transport – you can find all the travel information, network maps and real time schedules on the public transport website.

Brussels has two airports. The city's main airport Zaventem and a smaller one in the nearby city of Charleroi. Both are connected to the city by public transport. The principal railway stations are Brussels Central/Centraal, Brussels Midi/Zuid and Brussels Nord/Noord.

Get ideas on how to bring cooperation to your region!

Cities and regions are the drivers of growth in the EU.

If their future is your concern, join Interact and Interreg Europe for an interactive discussion on 9 October on ‘Bringing cooperation to your region’.

Discover how EU Cohesion Policy offers EUR 500 million of support to help cities and regions cooperate and learn from each other. Hear how cooperation helps regions across Europe reach their full potential and become healthier, more innovative, sustainable and competitive places to live and work.

You can also continue to share experiences during a networking lunch after the session.

And that’s not all! For more #interreg-inspired activities, see also what else is on the agenda during the week:

P.S. For a sneak preview, tune in for a Facebook live from the European Committee of the Regions at 14:00 on 13 September and meet the partners of this session!
