
This guidebook aims to provide municipalities and all other stakeholders with comprehensive information on how to assist and support the process of integration of refugees in Bulgaria. It reaffirms and builds on existing legal frameworks. It explains and suggests practical measures to serve as a bridge between fundamental principles and practical realities and provides ideas on the application of legal provisions on the basis of local and international best practices.
The guidebook is produced by the Bulgarian Red Cross and funded by UNHCR.
