Eesti inimarengu aruanne 2016/2017 'Eesti rändeajastul' (Original language title)
The Human Development Report 2016/2017, entitled Estonia at the Age of Migration focuses on the influences of migration, trans-nationality, social cohesion, language and culture on the Estonian population. The main message of the Report is that Estonia’s size of population will not be sustainable without migration. Hence, Estonia has to decide whether it wants to manage migration in a favourable way, or merely respond to self-forming immigration.
The Estonian Human Development Report is a report is published every two years by the Estonian Cooperation Assembly since 2006.
