Turning the Tables conference on documentation
The Intercultural and Anti-Racism Unit of the Human Rights Directorate (Ministry for Justice, Equality and Governance), in collaboration with African Media Association Malta, is hosting the Turning the Tables conference on documentation.
The event will take place on 24 September 2021, at the AX Seashells Resort in Qawra, Malta.
The Turning the Tables (TTT) initiative aims to give migrant communities a voice in policymaking and legislative change. Within the framework of this initiative, the government will give the migrant diasporas and communities an opportunity to take the lead in relevant dialogue.
Among other issues, the conference will focus on the following topics:
- Work & residence permit processing for third country nationals, irregular migrants and refugees;
- Long-term residence permit processing for third country nationals, irregular migrants and refugees;
- Citizenship document processing for third country nationals and refugees.
