Malta – Workshops for young migrant and local entrepreneurs

Starting 16 March 2019, the People for Change Foundation will host a series of five-hour entrepreneurship workshops for migrant and local youth, to be held on Saturdays at the Valletta volunteer centre. Each session of the workshops will cover a different topic related to entrepreneurship, with the aim that each participant will develop their own business plan. At the end of the training, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

The workshops are part of the ‘Migrant & Youth Social Inclusion through Entrepreneurship’ project (MY Site). The project aims to support integration through research, training and mentorship on entrepreneurship as a tool towards employment and financial independence. Implemented in Malta, Cyprus, Italy, Greece and Spain, MY Site is unique in that it encourages young third-country nationals and local youth to explore the opportunity of entrepreneurship together.

The training is open to local and migrant youth aged 18-30. To register, send an email to
