Croatia: Final conference of TrAZILica, the Project for Social and Labour Market Inclusion
The final outcomes of TrAZILica, a project aimed at furthering social inclusion and strengthening the position of refugees in the Croatian labour market, will be presented at a conference on 24 September 2020, at the Public Open University Zagreb.
A joint project between the Jesuit Refugee Service Croatia and Public Open University Zagreb, TrAZILica provides education, integration and employment support to people with refugee status. Through this it is able to fill gaps in the Croatian labour market where workers with specific skills are needed, encouraging the inclusion of socially marginalised individuals at the same time as contributing to the progress of Croatian society as a whole.
The conference will be presented by the director of POU Zagreb, Ivan Šutalo, and the director of JRS Southeast Europe, Stanko Perica, S.J. The project's staff, participants and volunteers will also be in attendance.
