Reading rooms

Our reading rooms are open to European Commission staff, staff from other European institutions and bodies, researchers and university students.

Commission users have full access to the library resources and services, both in the reading rooms and remotely.

Non-Commission visitors can consult our physical collections and access electronic resources onsite when licenses permit. Materials can also be requested through interlibrary loan via visitors’ own libraries.

External researchers are kindly requested to register in advance.
