The Joint Research Centre (JRC) is the European Commission's science and knowledge service which employs scientists to carry out research in order to provide independent scientific advice and support to EU policy.
This training is suitable for Nuclear Safeguards Inspectors and Supporting Staff
The topics treated during the theoretical part of the course are: Presentation of different tanks and their calibration methods; acquisition and evaluation of data. Participants acquire skills necessary for inspection of nuclear facilities
This is a five-day course given annually by the JRC.GII.7 unit with DG ENER/IAEA at JRC Ispra and is delivered in English.
