The 2nd European Conference on Corporate R&D (CONCORD-2010), focussing on Corporate R&D – An engine for growth, a challenge for European policy, will be organised by the JRC's Institute for Prospective Studies (IPTS) and the Spanish Centre for Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) under the auspices of the Spanish Presidency of the EU.
This GIGAS workshop, gives stakeholders of GEOSS, INSPIRE or GMES the opportunity to gain insight into and to influence the development of arrangements for interoperability within and between the initiatives. The aim is to achieve a common understanding of how to perform a concerted adoption of activities to influence and shape the evolution of GEOSS, INSPIRE, and GMES towards convergence. This will be discussed on both the strategic and technical levels.
