Oct 21 2015
Oct 23 2015
Prague
(CZ)

The workshop, co-organised by the State Agricultural Intervention Fund of the Czech Republic and the JRC, aimed to have open and constructive exchanges about the practical implementation of the Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions (GAEC) and greening of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

The focus was on the evolution of the GAEC standards in relation to the introduction of the greening of the CAP, the link between the GAEC and Ecological Focus Areas (EFA), and practical aspects regarding the implementation and control of GAEC and EFA as well as the support given to farmers with respect to the implementation of the CAP reform regarding these issues.

On the second day, a field visit to the countryside near Prague was organised to observe and discuss practical field cases.

The workshop venue was the "Hotel International Prague", Koulova 15, 160 00 Praha 6.

111 delegates took part in the workshop
