The Joint Research Centre (JRC) is the European Commission's science and knowledge service which employs scientists to carry out research in order to provide independent scientific advice and support to EU policy.
The European Commission is organising a cross-domain conference on Benford's Law foundations, methods and applications.
The general goals of the conference are:
The conference has a cross-domain dimension and participants will have the opportunity to discuss the applicability of statistical tools derived from Benford's Law to major anti-fraud problems arising in other financial contexts than international trade.
The conference programme will include a few slots for contributed talks.

Deadline: 1 May 2019 (early submission is encouraged)
Each proposal should include a short abstract (max 2 pages) of the talk, using the template.
Decision on the proposal will be notified two weeks after submission.
