The Joint Research Centre (JRC) is the European Commission's science and knowledge service which employs scientists to carry out research in order to provide independent scientific advice and support to EU policy.
Nuclear forensics is a key element of a State's nuclear security infrastructure and complements nuclear detection.
The workshop will serve as a platform for exchanging information on advanced analytical methods and on data interpretation techniques. It is intended as a forum of experts in the field, interested in further strengthening the nuclear forensic toolset.
